Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PKL/OS, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“PKL/OS,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of pklos.com and the PKL/OS training platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

PKL/OS provides pickleball training tools: video analysis with coaching reads, training plans, a video library, community features, and progress tracking. Plans include a free tier and paid subscriptions (currently Court and Pro) billed monthly through Stripe. Features per plan are described at pklos.com/pricingand may evolve as the product improves.

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time through the billing portal in your account; cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs through the period you already paid for. If a payment fails and is not resolved after Stripe’s retries, your account moves to the free tier. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

Your content

You own the videos, posts, and other content you upload. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service: to store, process, analyze, and display your content to you and, where a feature is social by design, to other members. Community submissions such as film submitted for a public breakdown may be shown to the room; private analysis uploads stay private to your account. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, and only film other people where you have their consent and it is lawful to do so.

Community conduct

The Club is a training room, not an open mic. Be direct, be kind, keep questions and answers about the game. No harassment, hate, spam, or promotion without permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that damage the room, and repeated or serious violations can end an account without refund of the current period.

Not medical advice

Training content, including The Long Game program, is general fitness and skills guidance, not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting a training program, and stop if something hurts. You use the Service and train at your own risk.

AI-generated analysis

Coaching reads are generated with the help of artificial intelligence reviewing your film. They are informed guidance, not guarantees, and can be imperfect. Use judgment, and when in doubt, ask the room or a coach.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, drills, and library content, belongs to PKL/OS or its licensors. Your subscription gives you personal, non-transferable access, not the right to copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute it.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, PKL/OS’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending or changing things

You can close your account any time. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; for material changes we will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

The paddle giveaway

Through September 28, 2026, each weekly check-in you complete counts as one entry in a drawing for a paddle signed by Connor Garnett. No purchase is necessary: free accounts are eligible, and paying does not improve your odds. One winner will be selected at random from all entries on or about September 30, 2026 and notified by email. Odds depend on the number of entries received. Open to members 18 or older where such promotions are lawful; void where prohibited. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or substituted. This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by any platform, and we may update or end it if required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, after a good faith attempt to work it out directly with us first.
